DenimFest is an OUTDOOR EVENT

  • DenimFest*Rocks is a rain or shine event.
  • Festival operation hours, line up and schedule will be announced closer to the festival.
  • To camp or visit the campgrounds each person must be wearing a 3 day DenimFest*Rocks Concert Wristband – either GA or VIP 
  • Payment Plan Options available at CheckOut 
  • No refunds or exchanges.
  • No scalping or resell of festival wristbands allowed, no unauthorized sales of any kind are allowed.
  • ​​You are allowed to enter and leave the Concert or Campgrounds as long as you have the proper DenimFest*Rocks Music Festival Wristband.
  • A DenimFest*Rocks Music Festival Wristband is required for entrance to the venue.  Add on purchases ( Camping, Parking, No Coast Truck Show) are available but do not alone give admittance to the Concert.
  • DenimFest*Rocks is an all-ages show; however, we encourage you to leave the kids at home. Should you decide to bring a child, children over 8 years old will need to purchase a Music Festival Wristband.
  • A valid ID and credit card used for purchase will be required at the time of pick up at the Box Office
  • Everyone and everything (including vehicles) are subject to search at all entry points.
  • The festival promoters, artists, consultants, vendors, sponsors and any other party affiliated with DenimFest*Rocks are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items. It is the sole responsibility of the patron for any items that are brought on or around the Concert, parking and/or Campground site. Please leave your valuables at home or if you choose to leave them in your vehicle, make sure they are out of sight.
  • The festival is not responsible for damage or theft to vehicles or vehicle contents. IF you choose to leave your valuables in your vehicle, please make sure they are out of sight and lock your vehicle when it is left unattended. Any vehicle parked overnight or illegally parked may be towed at the owner’s expense.
  • All vehicles must have a valid parking pass displayed. Vehicle must park in designated areas within the Campgrounds or parking lots.
  • Motorcycles are welcome to park in the designated motorcycle parking lot.
  • Personal Golf Carts are welcome in the Campgrounds if you are RV camping, we ask that you park them politely next to your RV each night. Golf Carts are not permitted in the Concert, there will be a designated area for parking near the Concert entrance.
  • Personal ATVs are not allowed anywhere in the Campgrounds or Concert. 
  • Warning: Moshing and crowd surfing are strongly discouraged. Patrons assume all risk associated with such activities and may be stopped by security.
  • Music Festival Wristbands may not be upgraded, please check your cart before you purchase.
  • LOST & FOUND
    • Please visit Friendship Hall between 8am and 6pm for lost items
  • EMERGENCY
    • Security, Police and EMS will be onsite

WHAT CAN I BRING?

allowed in concert

  • Empty reusable plastic or aluminum water bottles, there will be hydration stations to fill personal water bottles
  • Waist pack, fanny packs or similar
  • Blankets or towels to sit on
  • Lawn/camping chairs (no lounge chairs, please be respectful to other festival goers)
  • Backpacks (Medium) 18″x13″x8.5 or smaller
  • Medication, name must correspond with state ID
  • Service Animals, in compliance with Iowa State Law

  • No Outside Food (delicious food will be sold during the Concert)
  • No Outside Alcohol (reasonably priced beer and additional alcohol will be during the Concert)
  • No Drugs (except for prescription medication)
  • No Musical instruments
  • No Professional cameras (no cameras with attachable lenses), video cameras, drones or go-pros
  • No Pets
  • No Oversized bags
  • No Fireworks
  • No Illegal Substances
  • No Vending without advanced permission and permits
  • No Bicycles/scooters/go-karts/ATVs/skateboards
  • No glass of any kind
  • No umbrellas
  • No hard sided coolers
  • No Firearms, with or without a permit.  
  • No Weapons (including Pocketknives, Brass Knuckles or anything deemed by security as a weapons)

FAQs

  • Beginning on Thursday, August 29nd, 2024, Wristband pickup will be available at the Main entrance during designated gate times.  Exact Times TBA.
  • Wristbands will be available for pick up at the Box Office at the Main Gate and locally in Forest City, details TBA.
  • If you have a 3-Day  Denimfest*Rocks Music Festival Wristband, you’re welcome to go back and forth between your campsite and the Concert.
  • Kids are allowed at the Festival, though we suggest keeping them home. The content is not intended or programmed for children.
  • Children over 10 years old must each have a Music Festival Wristband
  • Yes, parking is available for $10 per day for cars/trucks and $5 for motorcycles.  Purchase when you pull into the parking lot!
  • Requests for these services must be emailed to us at least 30 days prior to the event to allow for sufficient preparation. The deadline for this event is July 30th, 2024. To submit a request, please email info@denimfest.com and write “ADA” the subject line.
